The Autonomous Community of Valencia


Located at the Mediterranean Sea on the east coast of the Iberian Peninsula, Valencia comprises of three provinces; Alicante, Valencia and Castellón. Valencia houses the capital of the same name. The region covers an area of 23.000 sq.km. Here lives 10% of the Spanish population (approx. 4.8 million)


During the Dictatorship of Franco, The city of Benidorm in Alicante became the first real turist destination on the Iberian Peninsula and the sale of property in this area has always been in high demand.
