The Autonomous Community of Murcia

The Capital is named Murcia and so is the whole region of this Autonomous Community. It covers an area of 11.300 sq.km. and has a population of about 1.3 million inhabitants, whereof 430.000 lives in the capitol. Murcia is located in the southeastern part of the Iberian Peninsula and its coastline is facing the Mediterranean Sea.
